Media Executive

As a Planner & Buyer Executive at the outdoor advertising agency, you will play a crucial role in executing effective media campaigns for clients. Your responsibilities will include media planning, buying, and campaign optimization across various traditional and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop media strategies that align with client objectives, target audience, and campaign goals. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to determine the most effective media mix. - Create detailed media plans with budget allocations for TV, print, radio, outdoor, digital, and emerging platforms. - Negotiate rates, placements, and packages with media vendors to maximize value. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely release of advertisements. - Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts. - Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. - Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver successful campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest media trends, advertising technologies, and consumer behavior patterns. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in media planning and buying (agency experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.,
