As an Associate/Senior Associate at India's leading political consulting organisation, your role will involve: - Actively contributing ideas and providing operational support for diverse campaign activities - Driving end-to-end management of various campaign activities to ensure timely and quality execution - Identifying critical issues, applying strong analytical skills, and proposing pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments - Exhibiting a strong bias for action, adapting quickly to dynamic situations, and demonstrating exceptional commitment in a demanding work environment - Driving clear and structured communication and managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders - Managing briefing and coordination with communication teams, reviewing and delivering campaign collaterals and creatives in alignment with campaign objectives - Overseeing campaign monitoring and reporting, including call center coordination and digital ad performance review - Learning to understand and fulfill client needs to ensure impactful campaign outcomes and client success Desired Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from an academic institution of repute - Experience: 0-6 Years of experience - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills - Strong eye for detail and content quality - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding work environment - Strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively - Exceptional self-drive, passion, and proactive approach to work - Keen interest in political consulting or related field is an advantage - Willingness to work, stay, and travel extensively across various states in India as per deployment requirements Please note that this is a contractual role till August 2026. As a Manager at India's leading political consulting organisation, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the designing, execution, and monitoring of diverse campaign activities - Providing strategic direction and ensuring the quality of outputs through rigorous reviews - Overseeing the end-to-end management of campaign activities across multiple workstreams - Identifying critical issues, applying strong analytical skills, and proposing pragmatic solutions - Driving clear and structured communication and managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders - Managing briefing and coordination with communication teams to deliver campaign collaterals and creatives - Overseeing campaign monitoring and reporting, including call center coordination and digital ad performance review - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and leading the team to deliver high-impact campaign strategies Desired Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum Experience: 6 Years of minimum experience - Education: Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from an academic institution of repute - Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding work environment - Strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively - Excellent problem-solving and planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional self-drive, passion, and proactive approach to work - Keen interest in political consulting or related field is an advantage - Willingness to work, stay, and travel extensively across various states in India as per deployment requirements Adaptability & Work Ethic: - Willingness to work long hours and weekends to fulfill campaign demands - Flexibility to undertake ad hoc tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment - Basic understanding of India's political landscape and electoral processes (Preferred but not mandatory) - Previous experience in any form of campaign support, volunteer work, or related projects (Preferred but not mandatory),
