Position Title:- HR EXECUTIVE

Location:- Noida Extension

  1. Urgently hire and onboard Sales Executives as per company’s immediate requirements.
  2. Strategic Partner: Align human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  3. Employee Advocate: Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Change Agent: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to enhance efficiency and culture.
  5. Administrative Expert: Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and documentation standards.

  1. Recruitment and Staffing
  • Develop job descriptions and post vacancies.
  • Source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth induction process.
  1. Employee Relations
  • Mediate conflicts and resolve workplace disputes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  1. Performance Management
  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees for career development.
  • Identify and address performance gaps.
  1. Training and Development
  • Assess training needs and create professional development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and courses to upskill employees.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  1. Compensation and Benefits
  • Design and manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  1. Compliance and Legal
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and terminations in line with regulations.
  1. Workforce Planning
  • Forecast future staffing needs based on organizational goals.
  • Monitor workforce trends and recommend solutions to address gaps.
  • Plan succession strategies for key roles.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct safety training and create awareness programs.
  • Address and mitigate workplace hazards.



Duties of HR

  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and company events.
  • Provide reports and insights to management on HR metrics.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.



Salary Package - 1,80,000 to 3,60,000
