As an HR professional at Ananka Group, your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, coordinating training, learning, and development programs, as well as assisting in performance management and appraisal systems. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Executive. Moreover, you should have a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
