The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes while ensuring that fasteners are produced efficiently, on time, and with the right quality standards. Experience with ISO 9001 and API 20E/20F documentation and compliance is essential. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain daily production activities and output related to fastener manufacturing. Ensure production processes are executed in line with ISO 9001, API 20E, and API 20F standards. Develop and manage production documentation, including Process Control Plans, Work Instructions, Inspection Reports, and Non-Conformance Reports. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Design teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machines used in fastener production, such as heading machines, threading machines, and heat treatment furnaces. Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are followed within the production environment. Assist in internal and external audits for ISO and API certifications. Train and guide production staff in technical operations and quality awareness. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the fasteners manufacturing industry. Knowledge of fastener manufacturing processes such as cold/hot forging, threading, machining, heat treatment, and surface finishing.
