Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India's largest online coding EdTech companies. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.


Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing toward becoming the de facto coding education company in India.


The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.


With our specific learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

HR Executive Intern

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about talent acquisition, program operations, and excited to work in a high-growth startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • SME Sourcing & Hiring:

    Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Onboarding:

    Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
  • Payment Coordination:

    Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Process Improvements:

    Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.


Requirments:


  • Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
