Human Resources Coordinator

You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including managing the onboarding process, leave and attendance systems, and addressing employee queries related to compensation and HR matters. You will also be in charge of maintaining physical and digital personnel files, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance, and managing performance reviews. Your role will involve coordinating and supporting group-level performance review processes, providing insights for continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, and assisting in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing ad hoc employee letters and official documents, handling background verification requests, managing HRMS platforms, and analyzing group-level HR reports. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field. Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka), excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.,
