Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance Assist HR Manager with daily operations and policy implementation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/export industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of MS Office and HR software (ERP familiarity is a plus) Why Join Us?
