Known for its quality and hygiene, Diamond Masala is dedicated to serving the best taste to every household, since 1986 Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pirana, Aslali Ring Road, Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR processes, handling administration, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. The role will involve overseeing recruitment, onboarding new employees, assisting with performance management, keeping check with the labor force and labor laws. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Minimum 1 year experience of HR in manufacturing or processing industry (FMCG is preferable) Experience in Benefits Administration Proficiency in Employee Relations Knowledge of HR Policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Candidates, only residing in Ahmedabad & are ready to travel to the office are welcomed.
