Helping the Associate financial companoes in sourcing and hiring new employees. Employee Relations: Addressing Students'/employees concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive placement results. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee/ students skills. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Managing employee/ students performance evaluations and development plans. Employee Benefits: Administering employee/ students benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee/ students records and HR documentation. Budget Management: Managing the HR department's budget.
