Recruitment Associations and Sourcing: We are an Institute conducting an Algo Trading Course. Our students need to be placed in financial market companies. Colobrtaing with other financial companies, understanding their requirements, and suggesting the right candidate from our students. Helping the Associate financial companoes in sourcing and hiring new employees. Employee Relations: Addressing Students'/employees concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive placement results. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee/ students skills. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Managing employee/ students performance evaluations and development plans. Employee Benefits: Administering employee/ students benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee/ students records and HR documentation. Budget Management: Managing the HR department's budget. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹35,391.52 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
