We are seeking an experienced Italian Expatriate Executive Chef to spearhead this new restaurant, establish its culinary identity, and lead our kitchen with authenticity, creativity, and precision. Key Responsibilities Menu Development & Culinary Direction Design and execute an authentic Italian menu highlighting antipasti, primi, secondi, hand-rolled pastas, artisanal pizzas, and regional specialties. Introduce modern yet elegant interpretations of traditional Italian dishes while maintaining authenticity. Kitchen Leadership & Operations Lead and inspire a multicultural kitchen brigade, ensuring international standards of quality and consistency.
