Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Churchgate Hospitality's Nksha. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage and motivate staff, and maintain high food and service quality standards. Duties include supervising dining and kitchen operations, managing inventory, implementing customer service excellence, and assisting in hiring and training staff.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to oversee Food & Beverage operations and maintain quality standards
• Experience in communication and team management
• Proficiency in hiring and training processes
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality or fine dining industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
