Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description As an HR or Time Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of timekeeping and human resources functions within the organization. Your main role will be to ensure accurate and timely recording of employee work hours, as well as administering leave requests and maintaining personnel records. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain timekeeping systems to accurately record employee work hours - Administer leave requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed - Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues - Assist in conducting training sessions on HR policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 2+ years of experience in HR or timekeeping role - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping software - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Additional Company Details (The JD does not include additional details about the company),
