Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Drive initiatives across talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience (4–6 years) in HRBP or HR leadership roles
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and mangers at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in managing organizational change and transformation
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
