Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance to statutory norms.
  • Check and monitor employee attendance regularly

    to ensure proper payroll input.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the

    HRMS

    (Human Resource Management System).
  • Utilize

    ATS

    (Applicant Tracking System) for recruitment coordination and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of statutory components such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
  • Ensure compliance with

    labour laws

    and employment regulations.
  • Address payroll- and attendance-related queries from employees.
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 years of experience

in payroll and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with

HRMS platforms

Working knowledge of

ATS

tools used in recruitment and onboarding.
Strong understanding of

labour laws

and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, especially in managing attendance and payroll data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resources.
