 Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Human Resources Assistant role based in Faridabad, Haryana. The Human Resources Assistant will perform a variety of HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, coordinating training and development activities, and assisting with benefits administration. The role will also include supporting HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting.

 Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Familiarity with Benefits Administration processes and policies

Experience in planning and coordinating employee Training programs

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in relevant computer applications is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
