Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Generalist in this Educational Institution, your role will involve collaborating with HODs to understand the skills and competencies needed for all job openings. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening CVs, organizing interviews, and ensuring proper documentation of the recruitment process. Additionally, you will assist HODs in working with both internal and external training teams to develop staff for organizational goal alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HODs to identify required skills for job openings and facilitate the hiring process - Source and screen CVs, organize interviews, and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities - Assist in staff development through collaboration with training teams - Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback to employees - Maintain regular communication with employees and HODs to ensure effective alignment - Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, time management, and talent management - Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes - Identify and suggest improvements to policies and procedures - Create and maintain MIS reports for management presentations Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field from a recognized University - Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an Educational Institution - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary - Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems like Oracle or SAP If you find these responsibilities and qualifications align with your career goals and expertise, we look forward to potentially welcoming you to our team.,
