About the Role:

Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Help prepare HR-related documentation like employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist with attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior experience in HR will be an added advantage.
