Role Description

This full-time Human Resources Assistant role is an on-site position located in Rajkot. The HR Assistant will support daily operations within the HR department, including managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting in employee training sessions, and overseeing benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support for employee relations endeavors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and experience in HR Management
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Experience in facilitating training and development programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in relevant office software and HR tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
