- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of .5 year of experience in human resources, showcasing proficiency in employee engagement, conflict management, and accounting tasks.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful communications.- Strong accounting skills, with experience in managing financial aspects related to employee compensation and benefits.- Proven ability to engage and motivate employees, driving team productivity and positive work culture.- Demonstrated discipline and punctuality, consistently delivering work on time and meeting deadlines.- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee data and generating reports.Interview Pre-Requirements:
