We are a new IT startup based in Kerala, and we're looking for a proactive HR Assistant to help us build a talented team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the entire interview and hiring process.

- Managing team coordination and facilitating smooth internal communication.

- Overseeing internship programs.

- Fostering a positive team environment and boosting morale.

Given our planned partnership with a college in the area, we are especially eager to connect with candidates from Kanjirappally in the Kottayam district.

Pay: ₹11,025.38 - ₹28,935.80 per month
