About the Role

HR Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end

    IT recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Lead and support

    employee engagement

    activities to enhance team culture.
  • Handle

    onboarding

    processes, documentation, and induction.
  • Conduct

    exit interviews

    , manage separation formalities, and maintain reports.
  • Draft, update, and maintain

    HR policies

    , SOPs, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain

    HR sheets, trackers, and databases

    with 100% accuracy.
  • Update and manage employee data in

    KEKA or any other HRIS tools

    .
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
  • Ensure employee records are organized, compliant, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working within

    EST hours

    .


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing

    Confirmation Emails, employment contracts, and HR documents

    .
  • Track

    attendance, leaves, and shift schedules

    and report discrepancies.
  • Support payroll team by sharing accurate and timely employee data.
  • Handle employee queries and provide quick resolutions.
  • Coordinate with managers for

    probation reviews and performance discussions

    .
  • Assist in conducting internal

    surveys

    and compiling feedback reports.
  • Help maintain and improve

    HR processes and workflows

    .
  • Ensure

    confidentiality

    of employee data and company information.
  • Help manage

    training schedules

    , reminders, and participation lists.
  • Support compliance activities related to HR audits, documentation, and reporting.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HR experience

    with strong IT hiring background.
  • Excellent

    English communication

    skills (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with

    KEKA or similar HRIS tools

    .
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clean, accurate databases.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong ownership.
