Human Resources Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources functions. You will work closely with the HR & Operations team to assist in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in 

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support in 

  employee onboarding

  , documentation and maintaining HR records.
• Coordinate 

  training sessions, orientation, and product training programs

  .
• Help in managing 

  attendance, leaves, and performance tracking

  .
• Support 

  HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements

  .
• Assist in 

  intern management, client onboarding & CRM tasks

  .
• Contribute to 

  marketing-PR, communication, and network-building activities

  .
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed 

  MBA/BBA in HR

  , or related field.
• Freshers and final-year students can apply.
• Must be available for 

  offline internship

   at our Jabalpur office.
