Human Resources and Finance Administrator

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive to join our fast-growing pre-roll manufacturing and export company. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can streamline HR processes while supporting day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of workers, interns, and office staff
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking
• Support performance reviews, appraisals, and HR policy compliance
• Organize employee engagement activities and trainings
• Ensure labor law compliance, including maintenance of factory registers and statutory documentation

Finance & Accounts

• Assist with invoice generation, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups
• Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and monthly reconciliation
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for monthly GST, TDS filings, and annual audits
• Maintain records for exports, purchases, and inventory valuation
• Support budget preparation and cash flow tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR & finance role (manufacturing/export industry preferred)
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliance
• Strong MS Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential data responsibly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
