At ConesWorld, we’re on a mission to disrupt the global smoking accessories market with premium, sustainable, and customizable pre-rolled cones. With clients across North America, Europe, and India, and a portfolio of 190+ flavor options, we’re not just selling cones — we’re helping build brands.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, smart, and results-driven Business Development Associate who can help us scale across international and domestic markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying market opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (brands, distributors, white-label buyers)
  • Pitch ConesWorld’s capabilities: custom flavors, private labeling, packaging, certifications, etc.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, B2B portals, trade shows, and referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to prepare client-specific proposals
  • Maintain CRM, track leads, and provide sales forecasts
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handover to operations
  • Stay updated on global cannabis/smoking accessory trends and market movements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, export, or lifestyle product industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with international sales communication (email, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and target-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales tracking methods
  • Bonus: Exposure to the cannabis/hemp/smoking accessory industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
