Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Pre-Rolled Cones Production Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and efficient production of pre-rolled cones, maintain quality standards, manage production staff, and optimize processes for scalability and export compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of pre-rolled cone production — including rolling, tip insertion, quality checks, and packing. Manage a team of line workers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Ensure consistency in cone dimensions, fill weight, and appearance in line with brand specifications. Oversee raw material inventory (e.g. paper, filters, adhesives) and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. Enforce hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance across production lines. Maintain detailed production logs and daily reports for management review. Coordinate with the quality control (QC) team to minimize rejections and maintain high quality output. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in production processes and labor allocation. Assist in training new employees on machine operation, manual rolling, and quality parameters. Conduct periodic audits of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and reduce downtime. Work closely with packaging, warehousing, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FMCG, paper, tobacco, or allied product manufacturing; prior experience with pre-rolled cones or smoking accessories is a strong plus. Strong understanding of manual and semi-automated rolling techniques. Knowledge of production line safety and lean manufacturing practices. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory software, etc.) Good leadership and team management skills. Job Summary: We are seeking a process-driven and energetic Assistant Manager – Operations to support end-to-end operational efficiency at our pre-roll manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional workflows including production, packaging, inventory, labor management, and dispatch — ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and output goals. Key Responsibilities: Production & Process Oversight Monitor daily pre-roll production and packaging lines to ensure target outputs are met. Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Line Leaders to optimize shift productivity. Track machine efficiency, downtime, and help implement corrective actions. Inventory & Material Management Monitor raw material consumption and initiate timely indents with the procurement team. Oversee inward and outward movement of goods (papers, filters, adhesives, SKUs, etc.) Maintain accurate records of WIP and FG inventory. Workforce & Shift Management Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocation for workers. Address manpower gaps, absenteeism, and daily shop floor issues in real-time. Ensure workplace discipline and compliance with safety norms. Quality & Compliance Coordinate with Quality Control to minimize rejections and ensure product consistency. Ensure hygiene, EHS, and SOPs are followed on the production floor.
