Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and developing and updating HR policies. Strategic HR Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. Essential Skills: Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide the HR team, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
