Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves end-to-end support in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be a strong people-person.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Understand and effectively utilize different sources/channels (staff referral, consultants, advertising, job portals, headhunting, etc.) for bulk hiring and specialist recruitment.
  • Manage various recruitment stages sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, interview coordination, HR interviews, salary negotiation, and reference checks; independently handle most stages.
  • Assist in campus hiring drives and coordinate with placement teams for intern/fresher recruitment.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data using automated tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.) to track candidate progress and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

General HR

  • Assist in redesigning HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Support in the administration of the performance management system data tracking, appraisal coordination, and report generation.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policy.

Employee Learning & Development

  • Implement business objectives in terms of employee development and leadership programs.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking training programs identified for employees.
  • Maintain and automate training records, attendance, and feedback forms using Google Workspace tools.
  • Support ISO / CMMI / other certification process compliance documentation and audit readiness.

HR Operations & Miscellaneous

  • Assist in carrying out establishment functions Leave, Payroll, and Separation with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and maintain HR metrics and scorecards; generate periodic reports through automated dashboards.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality in all operations.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to improve process turnaround time and reduce manual effort.

Job Requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to both recruitment and broader HR functions.
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR automation initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, consulting, or high-growth startup environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance frameworks, and talent lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS/ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions.
