This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruiting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Sourcing and Screening:** - Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. - Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role. 2. **Interview Coordination:** - Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate evaluations. - Prepare interview guides and assist in conducting interviews as necessary. 3. **Candidate Management:** - Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. 4. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Participate in regular meetings to discuss recruitment progress and pipeline status. 5. **Market Research:** - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall hiring process. 6. **Employer Branding:** - Assist in promoting Schwing Stetter as an employer of choice through various channels. - Contribute to the development of recruitment materials and campaigns. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
