We are seeking a HR Professional to develop and drive the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational scaling. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and can build a strong, dynamic, and people-centric organization across multiple geographies. What We Want? Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business goals to support rapid scaling. Talent Acquisition & Growth: Build a high-performance workforce, attracting and retaining top talent as the company scales from 30+ to 300+ employees. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive D&I initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace across all locations. Technology & HR Analytics: Leverage HR tech, data analytics, and AI to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience. What We Expect? 4+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in fast-scaling technology or cloud services companies. Proven track record of scaling organizations from 20+ to 100+ employees. Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and global HR policies. Deep understanding of multi-geography HR operations. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Experience in implementing HR tech solutions, AI-driven HR strategies, and employee experience programs.
