Accountabilities

• Management and delivery of an effective set of services ensuring an efficient and cost-effective process
• Deliver to stretching SLAs designed to exceed candidate expectations
• Lead/coordinate colleagues within aligned area, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and acting as a point of escalation
• Leads/coordinates colleagues to ensure third party suppliers meet SLAs and are compliant to policy, process, and standards
• Working with third party suppliers to ensure candidate referencing is in line with agreed policy, processes, and standards
• Work closely with HR Operations to ensure the highest levels of Candidate Experience
• Work closely with the wider People Team to ensure a seamless service is provided by the People Directorate
• Continuous Improvement activity
• Ensures that information is stored and processed in line with Company and legal requirements e.g. GDPR, ICFR controls
• Ensures that all candidates meet the strict regulatory compliance required within the desired timescales whilst still meeting both candidate and business expectations
• There is an expectation that you will undertake ad-hoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks

Qualifications / experience

• Leadership of teams in an operational environment (essential)
• Experience in working with standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, including GDPR and similar regulatory frameworks
• Graduates/Undergraduate (10+2 mandatory)
• 3 years or more of experience in HRO role, out of which 1 year or more of experience in SME role
