Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining employee discipline, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting a healthy work environment through effective Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
  • Maintain harmonious relations with workers, contract labor, and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain statutory records.
  • Coordinate with contractors for attendance, wages, PF/ESIC, and documentation.
  • Support disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and misconduct cases.
  • Conduct shop-floor rounds to monitor employee discipline and engagement.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and liaison with labour authorities.
  • Drive basic employee engagement and welfare activities.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of IR/ER practices and labour laws.
  • Strong communication and conflict-handling abilities.
  • Good documentation and compliance management skills.
