About the Role

Female HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement Activities

  • Plan and execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement events.
  • Organize festivals, birthday celebrations, team outings, Town Halls, and wellness programs.
  • Drive high employee participation and gather feedback for improvement.

2. Internal Communication & Branding

  • Create digital posters, newsletters, mailers, and internal communication using

    Canva, PowerPoint, and AI design tools

    .
  • Prepare high-quality PPTs for HR presentations and leadership reviews.
  • Support internal branding and culture-building campaigns.

3. Employee Experience & Grievance Handling

  • Professionally handle employee calls and address daily queries.
  • Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely closure of issues.
  • Conduct employee pulse surveys and share insights with HR leadership.

4. Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct engaging induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Prepare welcome kits, orientation decks, and creative introduction slides.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.

5. HR Operations Support

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS using

    Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)

    .
  • Manage engagement activity data and attendance trackers.
  • Coordinate with vendors for event-related supplies and logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR—preferably in Employee Engagement or HR Generalist roles.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint (mandatory).

  • Experience in Digital Poster Designing using Canva and AI tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good at employee calling, coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Preferably from the

    Banking or Insurance industry

    .
