Human Resource Manager

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee performance management systems, analyzing HR metrics, and spearheading succession planning and talent management programs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in human resource management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. Experience working with large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.
