Junior Business Analyst, Product Development

Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development within sectors such as Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, or HRTech. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. You will be expected to create clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development efforts. Additionally, designing wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD to visualize product features and workflows will be part of your role. Facilitating discussions with various teams to ensure seamless product development and identifying areas for process improvement within the product lifecycle will also be crucial. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development environment. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum), experience working in Agile teams, proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria are essential. Hands-on experience with wireframing tools and excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams are also required. Moreover, familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts would be considered a plus.
