Junior Business Analyst, Product Development

As a Senior Business Analyst, Product Development at our dynamic and innovative company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Creating clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development efforts. - Designing wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD to visualize product features and workflows. - Facilitating discussions with business teams, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless product development. - Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within the product lifecycle. - Conducting research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to support strategic decision-making. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including requirement documents, workflows, and product roadmaps. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development environment. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working in Agile teams. - Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Hands-on experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar. - Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams. - Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts is a plus.
