Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to comprehend business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide the development process. - Utilize tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD to design wireframes and mockups for visualizing product features and workflows. - Facilitate discussions among business teams, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure a seamless product development process. - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within the product lifecycle. - Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform strategic decision-making. - Maintain detailed documentation including requirement documents, workflows, and product roadmaps. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development environment. - Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and working in Agile teams. - Strong ability to write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Hands-on experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar. - Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business teams. - Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts is a plus.
