As an experienced HR professional passionate about building people-centered organizations, you have the opportunity to join Season Two Senior Living as a Human Resource Manager. In this role based in Kerala, you will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and compliance to shape a positive workplace culture and support the mission of providing exceptional senior care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for care staff, hospitality, and administrative roles. - Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and background verification. - Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. - Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. - Address employee grievances fairly and promptly. - Organize wellness, engagement programs, and team-building activities. - Identify training needs and design professional development programs. - Collaborate with experts in caregiving, safety, and customer service to deliver training. - Implement performance evaluation systems and KPI frameworks. - Guide managers in goal setting and constructive feedback. - Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices. - Maintain official HR documents, contracts, and employee handbooks. - Manage HRIS systems and employee data accuracy. - Oversee employee benefits, attendance management, and leave policies. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries. - In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws and HR policies. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Empathy and alignment with senior care values. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms. **Preferred Qualities:** - Experience in senior living, healthcare, or customer service environments. - Multilingual (English and Malayalam preferred). - Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organization with social impact.
