HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage
Industrial Relations (IR)
, including union handling, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance
Oversee
HR Administration
activities such as attendance, leave management, policies, and facilities coordination
Handle
Payroll processes
and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Manage
Training & Development
initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Lead
Manpower Planning & Hiring
, including:

Contractual staffing
Temporary hiring
Permanent hiring

Coordinate with contractors and staffing agencies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
9+ years of HR experience
, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup
Strong knowledge of
Industrial Relations & Labor Laws
Hands-on experience in
Payroll & HR Operations
Exposure to
Training & Development programs
Experience in handling
contractual, temporary, and permanent workforce
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
