Role & responsibilities Develop and support marketing strategies to identify and reach potential clients Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and digital channels Schedule and attend meetings (virtual and in-person) with prospective clients Assist senior team members during discussions and client negotiations Prepare MoMs and help implement follow-up actions Engage with Directors and CXOs of multinational organizations for business expansion Travel within Mumbai and occasionally across India for client interactions Maintain CRM/MIS records to track leads and client interactions Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Deliver compelling presentations and assist in creating proposals Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline 14 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities Effective research, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Ethical approach to business with great follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel within the city and across India as needed Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM | Week Off: Sunday & Last Saturday of the Month
