Role Overview

The HR Manager will own end-to-end Human Resources operations and strategy, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role focuses on building robust people processes, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and long-term plans
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design
  • Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and critical roles
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Manage manpower planning, hiring budgets, and headcount optimization

Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal frameworks and KPIs
  • Lead goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and disciplinary processes

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead engagement initiatives and surveys

Learning & Development

  • Identify capability gaps and create training and leadership programs
  • Manage learning budgets and external vendors
  • Drive succession planning and career development frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Lead salary benchmarking, increments, and bonus cycles
  • Ensure pay equity and statutory compliance

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure labor law compliance and audits
  • Maintain HR documentation and MIS

HR Operations & Systems

  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRIS
  • Lead HR automation and digitization initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience including managerial roles
  • MBA / Masters in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
