HR Manager

This role requires a people-focused leader who can build strong organizational culture, drive HR strategy, and enable high-performance teams across the company. Youll collaborate closely with leadership, project managers, and department heads to ensure seamless HR operations and an employee experience that reflects our values.

Your day-to-day will involve strengthening talent acquisition, refining HR processes, managing performance structures, and ensuring compliance — all while fostering an environment where people can learn, grow, and thrive.

This is not a conventional administrative HR role — we’re looking for someone proactive, dynamic, and deeply invested in building a workforce that scales with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain policies, frameworks, and processes that support organizational growth.
  • Manage talent acquisition pipelines, ensuring timely hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Own employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Facilitate training, career development planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns with confidentiality, empathy, and timely resolution.
  • Implement HRMS tools and data-driven practices to improve HR efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance processes.
  • Experience in scaling teams within tech or fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust, inspire teams, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and labor laws.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or product-based organizations.
  • Exposure to HR analytics, HRMS tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in designing learning and development programs.
