Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or head-office setup

Compensation (Indicative)

  • CTC:

    4 LPA TO 7 LPA (depending on experience, city, and company size)

Job Summary

The HR Manager – Corporate Office will lead and manage all HR functions for the corporate workforce, ensuring alignment with business strategy, leadership requirements, and organizational culture. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee Relations & Retention, performance management, employee engagement, Training and Development, Payroll coordination, organisation culture, policy governance and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Talent Acquisition

  • Workforce planning in coordination with leadership and department heads
  • Manage hiring for Multiple departments (Engg Design Managers, Design Engineers, autocad Draughtsman, BIM Revit Modellers etc., )
  • Partner with consultants, job portals, and internal referrals
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data, CRMs
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and policy adherence
  • Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, reimbursements, and benefits.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive goal setting, KRAs, and annual appraisal cycles
  • Support leadership in performance reviews and corrective action plans
  • Promote a performance-driven culture

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute engagement initiatives for corporate staff
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action plans
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and counselling
  • Promote ethical behaviour, diversity, and inclusion

5. Learning & Leadership Development

  • Identify training needs for managerial and functional roles
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

6. HR Policies & Governance

  • Develop, implement, and update corporate HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure consistency and fairness across departments
  • Drive HR audits and process improvements

7. Statutory Compliance & Corporate Labor Laws

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
    (Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Maternity Act, POSH)
  • Act as POSH Internal Committee Coordinator
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS for management review
  • Track attrition, manpower costs, hiring effectiveness, and engagement metrics

  • Strong understanding of corporate HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office, Maintaining Company Linkedin Profile etc.,
