Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Post job requirements on leading platforms, screen responses, and track results.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, interests, and cultural fit.
  • Act as a communication bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy

  • Gain insights into the talent landscape in targeted geographic areas.
  • Identify potential talent pools, including professional associations, user groups, and target companies.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee exit formalities and ensure a smooth transition for outgoing employees.
  • Implement an open-door policy to promote effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment that encourages high performance.

Performance Management & Development

  • Design and manage a performance appraisal system that fosters growth and excellence.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements across HR functions.
