HR Manager ¢ ¢ ¢ Industry: Healthcare Experience: 5-10 Years Qualification: Any Graduate CTC: Up to 6 LPA Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Description Summary: We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee both Human Resource Management and HR Functions & BPO Operations for our office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in handling HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day office administration specifically in organizations. Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resources Management ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Handle Entire Recruitment team. Ability to handle the team of 5-7 members. Manage employee lifecycle: on boarding, induction, documentation, exit formalities. Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with company values and government compliance standards. ¢ ¢ ¢ Ensure accurate payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records. Resolve employee grievances professionally and in a timely manner. Organize training programs, appraisals, and performance management processes. 2. Compliance & Documentation ¢ ¢ ¢ Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Ensure all government-mandated HR compliances are up to date. Handle audits, documentation, and coordination with government departments when required. 3. Coordination & Communication ¢ ¢ ¢ Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth operations. Liaise with internal departments to ensure HR/Admin support aligns with business needs. Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and consultants for service coordination. Candidate Profile ¢ ¢ Experience: 5-10 years in HR + Admin roles Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent professional qualification.
