Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership and department heads.
  • Provide data-driven insights through HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Lead performance management cycles and support capability-building programs.
  • Ensure HR policies, compliance, and grievance redressal are effectively managed.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8 - 13 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP/Strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, HRIS tools, and business HR practices.
  • Proven expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
