Full Time
Manage monthly payroll processing, salary disbursement, and reconciliation. Ensure statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and Income Tax. Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS system. Handle employee life cycle processes onboarding, confirmation, exit formalities, etc. Coordinate with finance and external agencies for audits, payroll inputs, and tax filings. Manage employee grievances and provide prompt resolution. Support performance management and employee engagement activities. Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required. Stay updated with labor laws and HR compliance changes.
