The role ensures adherence to environmental standards, statutory compliance, and productivity goals, while also facilitating cross-functional coordination for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Plant Operations Supervision: Oversee daily operations of fertilizer production units (granulation, blending, bagging, utilities). Monitor raw material usage (urea, DAP, MOP, micronutrients, etc.) to minimize wastage. Ensure adherence to FCO (Fertilizer Control Order), ISO standards, and pollution control norms. Supervise operators, technicians, and contract workers for optimal productivity. Coordinate with Quality Control for batch approvals and ensure product consistency. Maintain production logs, downtime analysis, and shift reports. Conduct safety checks for handling chemicals, ammonia storage, and hazardous materials. Project Coordination: Support project execution such as new plant installations, capacity expansion, modernization, and automation initiatives.
