Job Description

developing and implementing HR strategies that support sales objectives, managing the full sales recruitment cycle, and collaborating with sales leadership to enhance performance and retention

Core responsibilities

  • Strategic partnership:

    Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, aligning HR initiatives with sales goals and providing data-driven insights to improve decision-making.
  • Workforce planning:

    Identify future staffing needs for the sales team and develop proactive strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Talent acquisition:

    Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process for sales roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and hiring, ensuring timely and efficient filling of positions.
  • Performance management:

    Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on performance improvement, and work with managers on coaching sales staff.
  • Employee relations:

    Address employee relations issues within the sales team, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compensation and benefits:

    Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and support sales performance goals.
  • Policy and compliance:

    Ensure HR policies and procedures are in place and that the sales function complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee development:

    Support and champion employee development and training initiatives to enhance the skills of the sales force and improve overall productivity.
  • Engagement and retention:

    Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and reduce turnover within the sales department.

Other :

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, with a strong emphasis on supporting a sales organization.
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and performance management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR software and analytics is often preferred.
